[help] Desktop X Resources

Hi,

May I know if does DesktopX uses a lot of memory? I tried it about 3 years back and it was a resource hog and slowed my system down.

What about stability? It used to crash a lot back then.

My current system is a P4 2.6ghz with 512 ram. Will it be enough to run it?

Right now, I am tempted to try the newest version. Hence I need opinions from you guys who use DesktopX. Thanks

I use Desktop X2 last version, with a 4 Objects and it's take 11MB of Mamory.

What do you run? PhotoShop, Premiere, Flash, Maya, Painter, Poser and FireBird/Fox all at the same time?

I am just curious why you think 11MB is alot? I run PhotoShop, AceHTML Pro, Notepad, EasyPHP and FireBird all on 128MB.
