Link's Icon Sizes....

Change Win Explorer Icon Size:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics,

add a string value called "Shell Small Icon Size" and give it a size number.

reboot your System.

Try that, it might work if i understood your question.

Nah, that only works for the 'small shell' icon sizes. Ie: Pretty much everything but 'links' toolbar. It's an annoying problem.
