i just want to know which programs are using people who makes apps ( i mean which language etc... i'm sorry i don't know the words in english to be more accurate but i guess you know what i'm talking about...)

You dont need to buy the prog. You can just dl a program called "sharpdevelop" for free.
The reason C# is more powerful than vb is that it is more free form, at least in my opinion.
In vb, in order to accomplish certain tasks, it takes many more lines of code than in C#.
You guys know any good tutorials or books on C#? Not looking for anything too complicated. Just the basics. Thanks.
