you'll need to use either the port forwarding capabilities (forward port 80) or the dmz of your router.

Set the 192.168.0.7 address as the dmz or address to which ports are forwarded.

Then get a dynamic hostname from http://www.dyndns.org (choose say tuxedo.ath.cx) and replace all instances of 192.168.0.7 with tuxedo.ath.cx in your code
