[release] Itunes Rating

Hi

I have made a few scripts that will allow u to view and set the itunes rating using a few scripts. u need to have itunes 4.5 .

u'll have to change some of the paths in the config

please read the readme.

The only issue i have with this is that it starts up itunes everytime u reload or load the config. of anybody have a workaround for this please post
