I think it means 'not very high quality/res' but nice wall no the less! (Y)
sorry, no you arent being dense. But it you look at the bulb itself, where the lighting changes in the gradation you will see a funk looking stuff. That is jpeg artifacting, what happens when you upsample a lower res pic.
Does that make sense?

Ya the wallpaper could be better if you used a better lightbulb and I think it is a little to dark unless you going for that. Other then that Good Job.
I have now updated the wallpaper - made it look less low quality and has a more artistic brush feel to it now! tell me what you think

Anyway, on topic:
I like its current state. I would like to see a higher quality photo as well, but in its present state it looks as if it had a filter applied, not necessarily bad.
