Yeah it would be cool it if was half open or something... to give it that folder look, with white it is hard to see any shades that reveal its folderness
:/ well, I tried. I personally think its a great icon, and I never release anything I think is not attractive. I dont like folder icons that are really really fat, I like slim looking folders, like snow.e and etc... because thats what a real folder looks like. im not gonna make a fat looking folder because its just not right looking. Sorry guys, what you see is what you get. I will not be releasing any icons soon because of something you all will later find out.

I agree it's a nice icon. Maybe rotate it in a way so it doesn't look like a drive. But I do like the style.
that angle is pretty much how snow.e and snow.e2 go, so I dont know how it could look like a drive. drives are head on (angle wise), and folders are generally rotated about 45 degrees from head on.

Those are great icons especially the second one. I think its pretty easy to tell their folders.

When I look closer it does look like a folder. I don't know why, but the "folderness" just doesn't "come out". I like them though!
