[help] Wb Dropdown & Groupbox

As you have chosen the NoName-Theme, I have started working

on it again. But I've got two problems:

1) Some dropdown-boxes don't show the arrow-glyph.

In some cases the image is there, but it hides again on mouse-over. :rant:

The attached image shows the default Windows open-dialog

2) The background in all Group-Boxes is transparent. But I've seen some themes with a colored/textured background already (e.g. Danimator's Panther & Jaguar skins).
