He says the Theme is not complete? Maybe we should leave it a month or so, and try emailing him again then. Maybe it would be more port-able then 
well... it wont be complete. But I released and am still working on a nexplorer skin. If we get an objectbar skin and because I use nexplorer to open up all my folders by default and dont even see the skin I am using for explorer . When the new ave skinning engine for nexplorer come out, I will make a title bar to go with the skin and you will at least have it for most of your windows. It is funny because using ave's apps and nexplorer I hardly ever seem my default windows anymore. It is getting to the point that all my apps are custom skinned!

If you are using any basic elements of the original theme for your skinning you should be getting permission before you release anything anyways, which I hope you've been doing.
