YZ Apps - How to let them start at boot

How do you make YZ Dock, Shadow and Bar start at bootup.

Put a shortcut to the programs in your startup folder. That is how I do it and it works perfectly.

Excuse me for sounding ignorant, but where is the 'Startup' folder

Should be something close to this:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOURLOGINNAME\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
