1.) I don't know that I need it... it's my blending style, shape, etc. (I don't copy/paste stuff). The buttons were made 100% by myself. All in all this is a 100% original theme, I don't think the fact that it was made to go well with tiSkin is relevant, and the name certainly isn't.
