[release] Help Caption Button For Td4 Panther

I didn't like the help caption button for TD4 Panther, so I decided that I'd make a new one. Its purple, and I think its pretty close to the real one. I think... Just reshack the TD4 Panther .msstyles file, and replace the help caption button with this bmp.
