It should be fine, i have installed panther on a G3 with 250 Mhz and 256 megs of ram in my office and - altough a bit slow at times- it is unbelievably fast given its specs.
Also, please remember to tag your threads, it doesnt take much time. This is a [Question] thread.

I have an iMac 333 w/ 160Mb o' Ram w/ 10.3.3.... Works VERY WELL!!!
If it is running 9.2 already that is a sure sign that you can install OS X, also anything over 400mhz is capable.
Those specs sound good - as long as the price is right ![]()

Sure is
Comes with 10.something he said.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure a machine like that would run Panther. My parents have got an old G3 PowerMac running at about 433Mhz with about 256MB of RAM and, although sometimes it is a little slow, it's unbelievably fast given how old it is. Go for it ![]()
Panther is installed \o/ But I didn't have time to use it this morning before work.
