I would like to thank Seph for recomending a great site for photoshop help: Planet Photoshop. Besides tutorials I would also like to know where to find textures. In picticular I am looking for one called "TV Lines." Can someone please tell me a free site that offers textures like this for PS 7 for PC? I tried on Google and Planet Photoshop and I couldn't find that texture for free.

make a small image in ps, and make a black line and a white one, and repeat til it covers the image, and then go to edit - save as texture or something, works great.

... a pre-made black line? That's a toughy.
All you need is an image that is 2 by 2 pixles large, a transparent background, and make one of the pixels black. Then hit ctrl + a, go to i think edit > define pattern, and name it "OMG THIS TEH WORKS?" After that get the paint bucket and select the patern mode, then select the pattern you just made and DUMP IT ON THAT IMAGE, BABAY!
Oh, and if you want some good textures hit up Mayang's, I use them for pretty much all my Maya work.
I am a little confused. Basicaly, it is just a black line????
