Those are part of Dan Flax's series of folder icons! You are in for a treat if you like those b/c there are about four or five sets of different styles. They can be found on his homepage or resexcellence.

Edit: Sorry about that, i was mentally drained from dealing with OverKill/Zandor/jade Lee and deleting all of overkill's posts. Anyway it could be him asking for help to find the link to it its a bit ambiguous, anyway, i agree [request] suits it better. fixed now
