Looking for apps and a theme websites

Trying to change the look of my desktop

and I ran accoss an artical at mac.com stating aqua-soft does themeing

Check out Swizcore (http://swizcore.com/SS/macOSX.php) for great Mac OS X themes. There are others out there, just can't think of any at the moment.
