[request] Matrix Ip Theme

Just seeing if anyone would be willing to make a matrix iconpackager theme I would do it but I have no time between work, school, and the two ports Im trying to get done.

there is actually already a few IP themes out there based on the matrix. You can find them at wincustomize IP section.

those are some nice ones, but I was looking for something based off of the matrix icons released here at aquasoft.
