I recently installed objectbar and uninstalled it because all my windows kept opening off screen and I wasn't able to get them back. Now a couple windows still open off screen and the only way to see them is to maximize them. does anyone know a way to get these to stop opening off screen or how to get the ones that are open off screen back.

Often times the application will store where it opens in its INI (or simmilar) file. One time i had 3dsmax opening up like 3 houses away from my screen 
were would I go for the task manager to fix it from opening off screen?
A far as I know there isnt a place to manually edit where the Task Manager is placed... The Task Manager should not appear off screen at all really. But this does happen from time to time and its dam annoying >.
