I just threw this together quickly to match the prolcd theme. I'm thinking maybe a flat brushed aluminum toolbar center rather than the gloss look. What do you think?

Great, looking forward to see the progress! ![]()
yea, I think the brushed toolbar would make it look nicer, but you might try making everything else look like the google bar, and the google bar different. Just a thought. As always lynch, its great.
I tried the whole inside bar - it was just ........too yellowish.
Now that I got the proper resources.....

Looks a lot better, can't wait for the release!
Does anyone have a full size pic of Safari? Does safari have a whole row of yellow buttons that hover or just click down dark olive?
Question: what would look better for toolbar states?
1. As is with disabled look
2. No diabled look but hovering to dark green - hover active to ?
Hovering, definitely. This is looking amazing. You never fail to surprise me with your hard work.
looking good dude (Y)

That did not answer my ?. It all hovers -
Imagine all the buttons disabled (shown), hovering to active (only the image in center of button becomes darker) - then hover active to dark as shown in SS - OR - no disabled look - hovering to the dark button with light image in the center.
**edit - in other words should it hover to the green (shown) instead?
i like the hovering to the dark green.
I think the buttons look dull. I'm going to change it. Throbber is next to apple.
Also, do you think the url and search should be yellow like the icons and hover to green?
Using windows classic theme -
I meant hovering to dark like what you said. Brevity is best
Also, I think you should use the safari mod (if there is one) as a template. Looking from the resources there is. Good luck.
What's "Safari mod'?
It's pretty much done. I just need a progressmeter (can anyone get it or tell me where?) and a few minor details.
How do you want your URL and search fields to hover?
All Grey hover to yellow -

OR
All Yellow hover to green (the icons hover to green- I will have to change text color or use a lighter green)

definitely... to me, in applications, gray indicates that it's a non-changing field...
the only other thing i can see that you might want to bring attention to is the right arrow and the apple seem mis-aligned with eachother.
good work, nonetheless.
I think they are aligned take into account the leaf and it looks ok. ![]()
good call, didn't notice that
Ok. i'm going to introduce the other shade of green that the OS theme uses. I may use this shade as hover for the buttons with hover active to dark green. As it is there is no special color for hover active - I just have it revert back to yellow. Harold Harmon (creator of ProLCD) was kind enough to send me a throbber he created for the theme - shown right corner. I also made a matching progressmeter and i'm going to experiment with tab loading.

Here's the release screenshot (will release as soon as there is a solution to the text alignment problem)
