its maybe a font size thing.try changing it to a smaller size if u can. or u might be missing the font for that theme, and its using some defualt font that is messing the skin up.
Yeah I guess I have to change font's size too, but I dont know which one to change 
try this: classic.jar\skin\classic\browser\browser.css. Find the "font-size" (3 times)
