Aqua-Soft Forumsi just installed sp1 and now when i turn on my computer it shows the normal windows xp home loading screen and then it flashes a ble screen and restarts, i cant go into safe mode because it stops after some mup.sys file, what do i do, i dont wanna reformat

That happened to me once when I re-installed a fresh copy of Windows over my old copy of Windows, it worked fine until the service packs were installed. The only way I know to fix it is to reformat and install a clean copy. I think they call it "layering" ??
