[help] Od Will Not Run At Startup

I have OD running in my startup folder and things have been going rather smoothly...until one day when I started my system and OD refused to open at startup....for that matter, it doesn't run at all now. I tried reinstalling, but that worked only when I ran it the first time...when I rebooted I had the same problem. I am runing XPPro SP1. Any and all help is appreciated.

in a *.bat file is much better ....
