Pretty soon the development of SplashPanel 3.1 will begin. What would you guys like to see in this new release?
Here's what I have on the wish-list so far.
1. Png Support
2. Re-positional progress bar
3. skinnable progress bar (using gifs)
4. Panther Like splash that loads before explorer
5. Drop Shadow under loading description text

I can't wait. Is it possible for you to give me an early release so I could get started on the skins before it's publicly out. That way you can have lots of skins to include in it's public release.

Oh and I think it would be cool if we have the option to have either a progress bar and or a bunch of text. That would be cool.

Can it actually load along with programs? Detect startup processes etc. and show what windows is currently loading? That seems like a bit much, but that would be cool.

We'll see..
One of my plans was to do what objectsplash was doing but for objectsplash just add as many programs as you want to the startup list.
Basicly Splashpanel would read a script with a list of apps to load. (of cource we would try to get the progress bar tied to the loading process)

Yes very very possible but i want it slicker than his app... I want shadows... PNG support ect.. and possibly a throbber at the bottom center.

There's nothing to release yet We haven't even starting the coding process.. we are currently finishing up objectsplash 2.0
