Persionaly if your in the market for some cheap graphics software, i woulnt touch either of thoes, and insted would go and pick up a copy of macromedia fireworks.

illustrator is the best

corel draw is next, fireworks is pretty close to corel draw

but it also a preference

i`ve been using corel draw since it was version 7.0 , and man !! that`s an AMAZING program, COREL IS THE BEST !!! just Cooooollllllllllll !!!

nothing but that app, and i`m ok !

just give it a try and you will never forget it.
