For what do you need ALL dll and exe files? That would be a lot of megabytes i think and by talking about downloading windows xp german version you mean warez? if so you wouldn't get an answer here warez are bad, buy it like the rest of us :6
maybe he means a germand mod? or language change?
maybe he means the german systemfiles StefanKa did, they feature dll and exe files, but he didn't say anything like that. maybe he should ask in german if he can't explain what he wants in english language.
