i did and i found some cheap ones but on ebay it isn't supposed to be too hard to steal someone's account info and make a scam rather than a legal sell.
I have, and both of my brothers, have used eBay. My eldest more constantly, he has yet to get scammed. It's not as big of a deal that you think it is.
I've never been scammed on eBay. Just make sure the other party in the transaction has a high feedback number.
