[question] What _is_ Aquasoft?

Hi,

Oddly, nowhere on the site (and certainly not at the home page) could I find out just what AquaSoft is. Clearly it has something to do with the Macintosh (of which I've been a user since 1988). I found this place via a link from a discussion at Apple's site. I seek add-ons for iTunes 4.5 for Windows (my Mac having reverted to OS 9 due to speed and legacy app issues).

I downloaded several apps for Windows (MultiPlugin, iTunes Fonts Menu, etc.) but could not find out what they are. I am hesitant to install them until I can find descriptions, but a search has turned up nil.

HELP!

aqua soft is just the name of the site, kind of a game of words around aqua (the mac OSX look) and software... it is a site dedicated to the emulation of macintosh on windows....

No seriously, our goal is to make windows look as much like OSX as possible so we can show off our screenshots to all the honeys. (some mabie not so much the honeys part)

Many are starting to get away from this idea and have started to get into desktop beautification, and functionality.

The itunes plugin is to make the windows version of itunes look like the OSX version of itunes.

trust me, if we had a one or two line description on the homepage (which, btw, are included in the newsposts... or at least should be /me hits newsposters with his elbow), there wouldnt be space for anything else, the site is filled with programs being developed by our own fellow member developers. You would be surprised, take your time and look around... the information you need is there.

I should add that one reason I've drifted more to Windows from the Mac is that I don't like OS X nearly as well as the previous Mac OS's, despite its superior stability and bulletproof multitasking. There were many subtle things that made the Mac great that were stomped all over when Jobs came back and remade the Mac as the NeXT machine with a superficial resemblence to the old Mac.

I actually have little desire to make Windows look more like OS X, but I do have a desire to increase the number of features in iTunes and my level of control over any iTunes settings. Is that what these tools I downloaded do:
