Replace bitmaps in shell32.dll (using Reshacker)

Bitmap-204-1033 - replace with 204.bmp

Bitmap-205-1033 - replace with 205.bmp

work best with Iceman's Brushed VS

I have fixed the bitmaps. The previous one seems a bit messy with the 24bit alpha. here is the new link.

I don't use those safari skins since I like to use Aqua VS. Safari skin don't look good on aqua vs. I used modified Iceman bitmaps with several toolbar button changes.

If one wanted to incorporate more icons like Messenger, Print Preview, is there are particular order in the BMP graphic that it should be ?

There are more iconic features for IE than the ones you made, and I was wondering if they can be placed anywhere or in a specific order.

O.K. _ Here I modified a few buttons to give another version of the Aluminum Brushed Buttons for a Safari look, just like Digitheater did. The file is 204b and then you can pair it up with either 205b or 205c . If anybody wants to improve them you are free to do so. Follow the instructions Digitheater gave :

Replace bitmaps in shell32.dll (using Reshacker)
Bitmap-204-1033 - replace with 204.bmp
Bitmap-205-1033 - replace with 205.bmp

I'm not using any those skins, still stick with aqua buttons. :rolleyes:

about my previous question, if anyone know where can I get more OSX based of IE toolbar icons, please let me know. It would be nice to have more toolbar ported

I'm delighted to see the overwhelming response to this thread. Please if you still want to post a picture of how you adopted the Aqua brushed look in the Safari style for Internet Explorer we still have some space available before this thread gets too long.
