I was wondering if there is a clone or something for the safari browser made for windows? Like safari browser but for windows,

i think the closest thing would be firefox and a theme.
neo_osx made one based on the internet explorer engine, but it's still a first beta.
There was Savanna v0.9 but work on it has apparently ceased.
So, firefox will be the best option out the at the moment.
Yep, firefox rules, browse this website for the Pixelperfect 2.0 tutorial by Aquarius on how to mod the browser. There are also some clones that use the IE browser, such as Savanna, wich has fewer functionality than firefox, but was and is (as one of the first safari-clones) pretty nice and small to install.

if you dont want to go through the pixel perfect process... than you can use saf8 from lynchnots website. It is really close too... the tab close x is a little off... but other than that it looks good if not better than pixelperfect. I have used them both and they look awesome.
I settled on lynchnots becasuse that way I can still use other skins if I want.

savanna 1.0 but 0.9 is best, i have some mods done for version 0.9 that make it even more real. oh and please post the a link for the other clone "saf8".
alilm and pixlematrix were both working on there own safari clones. but i believe both have stopped >.
there is also an skinsz for mozilla, and the opera one(i think its opera, never used, if im wrong some one please correct me).

I have installed savanna 1.0. but found couldnot add bookmarks to bookmark bar?

Thats not Savanna 1.0 thats Safari 1.0 by neo_osx Savanna is written by Mr.Aqua and is currently at 0.9
Safari was released not long ago and 1.0 is the first version so it wont be as good as Savanna

This safari1.0 has many many bugs. can't add bookmarks to bookmark bar; the icon of urlbar display error; click a link in the webpage opened it launchs IE, can't open a new tab,and the fonts display of title bar is not in center,and so on.
I hope the author can fix them. 
like i said, its not as good as savanna 0.9

Also, i hope neo_osx can fix bugs and release a new version better.
