Aqua-Soft Forumsi surfed the internett (wow) and then I came over this cool weather config, for konfabulator, and i'm no samurize expert, so I will ask those of you who would dare making a port of it!

Already underway my friend, I've been working on it as a side project for a while, only problem is doesn't quantify weather conditions the same as the standard weather.com layout (meaning a bit more work than standard to get it to work).
