i happen to like brushed themes and often find myself going back to icemans jaguiar theme.
but it seems like an overwhelming amount of ppl dread the metal windows.... Idea! how about some thick windows, like emulating Finder....
I just know im going to get bombarded with hate letters............. Im ready for them

whats wronge with current brushed themes that u think needs fixing.
be as specific as possible.
the only thing i wanna see more than brushed is an aqua taskbar, with brushed windows...that would make me happy.

I love brushed themes too. Now I'm using Brushed 3.5 by hills. Great work.
Im going to be frank. The reason im saying that about brushed themes is because one fine day i did a search on google for a square of brushed metal to port to a wallpaper and to my suprise, almost every page i came acrossed was of people showing their discust for "the brushed look" and "how can i get rid of this". It was wrong of me to jump to conclusions that You fine folks were the same.... >.< stupid me!
I actually am just looking at themes now.
What i ment as for a new theme was
1. a good brushed backround with little distortion and repeat
2. some thick beefy borders like from Itunes or finder
3. If possible rounded corners on all sides
Basically a theme that makes each window look like an application.
Personally, Brushed themes are my pick.
Once again im sorry if i offended anyone or anyones work.

Kol's iTune themes were as good as they get as far as brushed themes go. I don't like brushed I'm afraid...but I know plenty who do!

the set of World of Aqua are my true love! I'm using them 2 years and maybe...forever!
I you like a panther,or brushed or whatever, they can match. Aqua or graphite.
I agree ! those icons are very nice indeed (thanks for the link) was able to get hold of the complete set I think 
I am using the graphite version of the World Of Aqua. I also used photoshop and IconWorkshop 5 to create further custom ones too.
