Im shure Iex should be able to pull that off no problem, but i think tis just a mock up.
It could be 9 screenshots (excluding Start/Finder bar) tiled together. The scewed, tilted, then add perspective. Make a copy of it, reflect it, add a gradient overlay and bring down the opcity. In other words, it's probably photoshoped.

i haven't tried it, so i don't know if it's capable of doing what you want.
but i agree with wizard: it could be some artisit photoshop work.

I don't know where I found it but about 1 month ago a community site translated it to English...

but i think Madotate cannot to do this. if there is only one window(screenshot),I believe madotate can do it. but there are 9 windows in the image and all of their are safari brower windows.
