[help] Replace System Files W/out Service Pack 1

Is there a way to replace Windows XP system files with one of the Flyakite or StefanKa's Replacement packs WITHOUT having Service Pack 1 installed?

I'm having serious troubles with SP1, so I decided to format my hard disk and install Windows Xp without SP1, but I would like to replace my System Files anyway...

Impossible, you must have SP1 installed to use these mod packages.

What problems are you having with SP1 anyway?

Not saying that you are doing this, but the only problems I've seen with SP1 are when someone is using an illegal key.

SP1 is kind enough to deactivate the illegal copy of Windows XP.

Other than that, I've not seen any issues with at all.

In the last formatting I installed a WinXp version with integrated SP1.

The Service Pack is so installed since Windows installation.

The exact version of the OS is the following:

Windows XP Professional

Build 2600.xpsp 1.020828-1920: Service Pack 1

My Hardware Configuration is:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, 478pin, 800fsb, 0.13m (Northwood C), Boxed

Motherboard: MSI 875P Neo-LSR (MS6758-030) – Chipset i875P, Serial ATA, LAN

Memory: Elixir DDR400 2x256MB Dual Channel

Video: SAPPHIRE ATLANTIS RADEON 9600 128M DDR TvOut DVI 8X

Hard Disk: Maxtor DiamondMax9 Plus Serial ATA 150 120GB

Audio: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Zs Retail, Pci, Spdif In/Out, Eax, 7.1

Optical Storage: DVD LG GOLDSTAR 8160 16X 48X EIDE

The problems I meet are the following... :( :( :(

...after some time I've booted the system, either completely clean (no trasformation pack) or modded (FlyakiteSP1 5.1), with no program installed except all drivers (up to date) some programs which make system calls hang (es. paint.exe ==> save as..., or mirc.exe ==> open file....); some Windows applets hang (es. System Properties ==> Devices Management); Task Manager doesn't start at all: by pressing CTRL+ALT+CANC more times, many instances of taskmanager hang in the tray area and I can't terminate them at all, neither with the Command Prompt taskkill.exe command.... :( :( :(

don't know what to do.... :(

Did you make sure all your windows files were up to date with Windows Update first?

A lot of people had problems by NOT updating their system first before applying Flyakites package... as those files were based on the latest release of windows files (at the time).

Edit: I mean all windows updates, not just drivers.

Other Applications/Applets hanging:

Microsoft System Information, Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, My Network Places....

....Internet Explorer stops accepting URLs (type a URL and hit Enter, or the Go button)...

I have those problems even before installing Flyakite modded Files.... :(:(

If it's a known illegal key, SP1 will deactivate XP.

Use of illegal keys and even discussing it here is not appropriate.

Go buy it.
