[help] How To Change Default Windows Icons?

Hi can anyone help me with how to change the icons in control panel, my computer and so on?

I downloaded microangelo but it doesn't seem to be able to change all icons.

You may also want to try and install a system replacement pack like ones from flyakite or stefanka. Go to the "Customizing Windows Gui" forum and then "System Files" subforum.
