[help] Text Over Pictures Using Adobe Golive 6

Maybe im just a novice but i cant seem to put text over a picture in GoLive! ive tried everything but i cant seem to make it work. (btw when i mean putting text over a picture i mean like on this site where you see peoples names over the skinned background and stuff) is there a feature that im missing

I was also wondering this, i wish there was an app that made building web pages easy, just create wat you want and then place it where ever you want on the page, dreamweaver does everything on a line, so things aer just placed in order, wether left, centered, or right aligned and u cant just drag things to where u want it, and thats sad

Use CSS. You give a section of the page a background image (tiled) and then type over the top. This site gives table cells a pinstripe background, then the text is in the cell as normal.
