[help] Need Help/advice With Logo

Hello, I'm wondering if someone can tell me how to turn this into a high quality black logo about the same size. It is a poor photocopy and I don't know how to make it look good. Thanks

go into photoshop, desaturate it, and play with the levels untill u get it the way u like it. there are also come filters u could use to help clean it up, like smart blure.

Thanks. This is to be used by a company that sells nylon bags/coolers and they put logos on the bags with some kind of plastic I guess. They told me that the image I provided will not do.

This is for a senior citizens group.
