I suggest that we all set our signatures to describe the machines we currently use. That way the developers and other members would know how to help us if we encounter problems with apps. Of course, everyone's free to decide how to show the stats.
Suggestion for signatures
PIV 1.7, XP SP-1, 512MB, 128MB Geforce4 Ti4600 -> Kick-Ass system dude, all you need now is a Apple Quicksilver Case Mod ![]()
Good idea..
good idea....this will also give developers some idea of the kind of systems users are on and accordingly will be able to optimize their apps for the same...

I'm seriously considering that...
But I don't know if the slots would align properly.

Well, sorry guys, but I'm gonna have to decline for now.
I've always noticed system specs start to become a pissing contest. Either that or it's like 'Mines bigger than yours'.
I'll give it more thought, tho. Maybe if everyone is respectable about it, I'll change my mind.
I won't put it in my sig, but here are my specs.
550 MHz AMD-K6-II, 8 MB integrated video memory (its a laptop)
5 GB HD.
Also have a 200 MHz desktop...if I can aquafy windows 95, I'm interested to hear. ![]()
For Win95...
say hello to StarDock.
That and very small icons.
Google a bit and you may find the Explorer.exe that someone hacked for high color icons, but you will never achieve alpha transparency.
