[help] Processor Temperature

is there any way to put samu show current processor temperature??

afaik you need a prog called motherboard monitor (mbm) and then make a config (don't know how) and you also have to turn on the option to start mbm on startup in the project options.

Yeah MBM, many times your motherboard manifacture will have a program, like ASUS has its PC probe.

i downloaded mbm and it said i dont have a motherboard present... soo something is terribly wrong

I don't think it will be so difficult to read temeperatures once installed mbm, if you need more help just ask

1. install mbm.

2. configure the sensors.

3. in samurize config, add in the mbm meters and check to load the mbm plugin at startup, and you're good to go.

tide, are you sure you're configuring it properly? also, your board might not be supported. what brand and model?

If all you are looking to do is get your CPU temp, it's much easier than finding sensor readings and such. Just make sure you tell it which board you are using (or one that best matches your board if yours is not in the list), then run MBM, it will automatically show you cpu and case temps. Then in Samurize you can add a new meter (add a MBM Monitor) and then you will see the part in the meter config where you can tell it which sensor you are using....there will only be two sensors used if you are ONLY getting CPU and Case temps, and ONLY ONE if you are just getting the CPU temp. trust me, if you get that far, you will have no trouble at all figuring it out

1. go to that link.

2. along the top, you should see "downloads." click that and you'll be redirected to the downloads page.

3. you'll see mbm 5.3.6.0 with a bunch of mirrors. just click one and download the exe file.

4. you might also want to check the list of supported hardware, by clicking on motherboard list on the left-hand side.

5. install mbm and read the readme/instructions. configure your sensors.
