[link] Icolorfolder By Kemenaran

I don't recall seeing this link anywhere, so I figure I'll post it here.

On ieub's Aqua-fr forums, one of the users, kemenaran, created a app that will let you attach a color tag to any folder you choose:

My pathetic french abilities say that kemenaran says on the last post in the thread that you should remove

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Revenger, Inc\CMenuExtender

plus all keys beneath it to uninstall his app.

Another user has made the color dots available in .ico format here.

I dunno if we should be hosting it if the author hasn't given permission.

You can register on the site.

Translation:

hmmm

why not replace a dot with a lablel and position it bellow the icon?

i know the label won`t be adjusting to text but it`s a nice idea

But you can reshack "iColorFolder.exe" and replace "folder images w dot" with "folder images w label" you like... But the folder text will be underneath label

It is because of this proggy just replace standart folder icon for current folder with custom image from iColorFolder.exe... The same can be done in XP by hand .... but its good prog IMO.
