[help]trillian Pro 2.0 And Keeping Alarms Running

Is there a way to keep an alarm to work evrytime.

When I try to do an alarm it only works the first time.

All I want is for a sound to play when a certain person logs on.

I've tried as much as I can and it only works the first time the person logs on.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
