[help] Firefox And Localhost?

Like the description says, everytime I have FireFox open, I see two localhost ports open using netstat. I know it is FireFox causing it because the process ID matches in Task Manager. Is this a virus or some hidden feature of FireFox that I can disable? Here's an example of what I see:
