The best to use

What a great place to stuble upon!

1st off, an introduction. I'm John, I run A Simpsons Tribute site as well as a Message Board (also powered by invision board). I've been trying to make my desktop Mac-Like for a long time, and have come pretty far (see screenshots here and here)

What I want to know is what is the best software to run for making your XP box look like OSX? So far, I'm running:

StylesXP

Yz's Shadow

Yz's Toolbar

Cursor XP

X-Aqua Icon Set

OSX wallpaper

What else would complete my desktop?

1) goto HERE and download the hacked uxtheme.dll so you wont need styleXP on yer system sucking the brains out of the resources. and you can switch themes easially through display properties.

2) go HERE and get started from scratch, and also get the jaguar MsStyle themes you would dream of after you finished phase 1.

3) go to HERE and get Yz dock, Yz toolbar and shadows.

4) Personally, in my taste, to achieve the best results for shadows and a nice finder lookalike bar than go to at www.star

Goku, what if I have StyleXP set to "use no resources" and I kill it in the taskbar after I use it...do you know if it is still a resource hog?

also which program/utility do you like best for mac like shadows? I tried using y's shadow but the shadows I make look ugly and I also don't know if its a resource hog...any additional info on this?

I've added Iceman's DLLs into the Windows Dir, so far so good. But I'm still getting a can't find server error. What does this one do, anyways?
