This section is called "Rips and Unauthorized Works" and i have been ripped off too many times, and I believe that this one is undoubtedly in order to be posted here.
EDIT: Might I add, that if I get ripped off ONE MORE TIME, I will have to pull a "Hein: Mix The Pix" on you all. Right here, right now. I am THAT pissed off.

I think your way out of line, first of all not everyone sits on these boards every waking minute and just because he didnt return your PM instantly doesnt mean he wont..
As far as pulling a Mix The Pix go ahead, there will be others to take your place..
This is a community and right now your calling out one of the best themers around here. I think there is a reasonable explanation behind this. But your acting like a 4 year old..
This is totally uncalled for.. You are handling this the exact opposite of what this community strives for..

I am not out of line, and I understand that not everyone spends all of there time on here. I never said "he didn't return my pm" and I am not complaining that he is not, because I see that he isn't online at this present time.
As far as pulling a Mix The Pix, no one will take my place. I'm not saying I am the greatest out there, but no one can take the place of Louie Mantia. No one.
This may be a community, and regardless of if he is the best or worst themer, he is in the wrong, and needs to explain himself. (note: I didn't say that he needs to reply now, just sometime in the near future.)

First of all get off the high horse... You do some nice work but there is always someone better..
Now the proper way to handle this would have been
A.) Send a PM
B.) Wait For Reply
C.) Let Him Explain Himself
D.) Come To Agreement
Then Depending on the outcome of D.)
you would
1.) Forget it ever happened
or
2.) Post here
But you are calling him out before he even has a chance to explain himself, and that is uncalled for.. Its you looking for attention which you seem to think your the best.. Again Lou your good at what you do but you are replaceable..

Yes I did cause I was new to the theme world and didnt know its rules. I apoligized and took everything down immediatly as soon as I found out what I did was wrong..

Come on man, your totaly riping off the creators of the matrix. I mean your probaly duplicated, to a T the effect in the movie. As far as the mix the pix thing is concerned, all of his work was 100% original.

Looking trough CRNI's site, i have found that downloading the Xi-Tibook2 skin, reveals the matrix mod, so the its only for personal use alibi is out of the question. The pattern can be found specifically in Xi-Tibook2/Skins/Xi-Tibook2/Xi-Tibook2Bar/Menus/Menu_M.bmp inside the zip file. Compare for yourselves.
When you guys reach an agreement, please let me know, i will post a resolution here.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE.
Here is as promised a post about the resolution of the rip.
The Issue has been resolved. CRNI and Lou reached a friendly agreement. CRNI, had indeed used Lou's Wall as a a bg for his OB menus, but everything is fine now as you can see in the image attached.
The mod is now up and authorized on CRNI's site for those of you who want to get their hands on it.
