Could i reaplace the ugliorific case of nice lg l1710s with a nice apple cinema-style one? they r so damn explensive :rant:

Please, proper words will suffice.

If you want to get your hands on a Apple Display case, you are probably going to have to buy one used. And once you do that, are are going to have to do a lot of hacking and saudering to the the thing to fit just right.

Or you could just buy the used Apple Display and and adpter to make it compatible with Windows and leave it like that.

personally i would spend the money on the 20 inch widescreen apple cinema. there great monitors but not worth the money :)

to the topic, probally not....maybe a suggestion, painting it? <_<

I use a Dell 2001FP 20 inch LCD for 700$

its not the prettiest thing in the world either...oh well :6

i don't know the relevancy of my post, but isn't it unwise to do any work on a monitor unless you're really knowledgable of them... electrocution comes to mind when thinking of monitor maintenance.. i don't know if that pertains to lcd's also.
