open up ntskrnl.dll (or whatever) in reshacker and replace the resources etc... or you can use bootskin, use the help file

try reshack ntoskrnl.exe, and replace bitmap no. 1, 8 and 10. But you need a color pallete to see those image!

If you just want to replace your current boot screen, I would suggest downloading bootscreens from www.wincustomize.com, and using boot screens from there.
