(help) Who Made This Icon I Have To Know

I keep getting requests for this icon on my desktop problem is I have no idea who made it to tell the others where to get it..

They were created by Carlitus. I asked him a million times for permission to release customized set of these icons...with no result. He gave me permission to redistribute them though.
