Aqua-Soft ForumsOk, I have two questions, which is the best Panther theme? And, which is the most "Pixel-perfect"? I've tried over a dozen different themes and TD4 and KoL's are the only ones that looked and functioned well on my PC, unfortunately the buttons on KoL's aren't quite like the Sunken Aqua ones (they look a little fuzzy on the inside) and the ones on TD4 look like they're wearing mascara and are pretty flat, If there isn't a theme with the real OS X Panther buttons, I think someone should make a "Pixel Perfect" Panther theme...If this subject has already been brought up, then mods can close this thread, It's just that I feel that none of the visual styles I've used are truely Mac-like which is what I'm going for. However, if you want to close this thread because you think there are too many Panther themes already, I don't feel that is a reasonable justification.

TD Panther is as close as you get, and the buttons look pretty damn accurate to me

Well, I was installing Flyakites mod and XP crapped so I decided to repair the files and then downloaded KoL's port again and I have to say that it is much better than TD4 in my opinion.
Ok well, I guess I like KoL's because its better than OSX, smaller fonts and smoother style. I dunno, TD4 looks like crap on my PC (1280 x 1080 if it matters and LCD screen with cleartype on)
You could try but there will be more problems than you think because the VS will not import perfectly into SkinStudio.

yeah, i just tried and there's alot more things that need changing compared to other vs' i've imported
oh well, it'll just take longer.
Another thing is permission, TD hardly uses the pc anymore because he says that they're useless. If you can catch him while he's on then maybe he'll give you permission...
is there any panther vs with da photoshop fix? 
KoL's latest Panther VS...I think it's 1.5 has included the Photoshop bug fix.

KoL's is my fav. I'm not the biggest fans of all the Jetblacks, DigitalDevices ect. I like to keep it to the reason why I came here to this site in the first place and thats to keep it real with Panther.

KoL's is close enough for me. I'm not a perfectionist, I've just been using his themes since day one.
TD Panther 4 the closest one, actually KoL is quite good but the font bothering me!
kol's 1.5 looks really fine! (it improved a lot since 1.4).. tho..
I use one that I really like that came with the trial of StyleXP. I uninstalled that, but kept the visual style. You should try it (just download the trial of StyleXP and make a copy of the Panther folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
