[help] Bug With Shinters Finder Skin

Well it seems that only happens with this skin, the Start menu and taskbar doesnt get skinned properly with this skin, Start Bar doesnt get skinned, and the taskbar gets skinned in some bits only, ive deleted the skin and installed again, but I keep the same problem, it worked before but it doesnt now, whats wrong???
