You wont believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!, well ok you might....

1. Finally got apple to recognise phoenix as safari. (check tutorial)

2. www.apple.com -->trial .mac account

3. Idisk --->

...then

4. Windows XP "network connections" ---> add network place "\\idisk.mac.com\Glitzychiwuawa"

...input username + login

5. Wait for it to finish ---done. (Go to network places and there is your iDisk

"Glitzychiwuawa on idisk.mac.com")

You can actually log in.

yeah, i did that some time ago, they actually provide the instructions to mount the virtual disk unit on "my pc" However, i didnt used it too much, and evetually my account got deleted when my trial period finished.

Simple all you have to do is update your phoenix browser (according to Mageguru's tutorial) to resemble Safari. Also as Mageguru says, you need to input the code that makes apple think you are a Safari user. (It's all in the tutorial)

Then you just go to apple.com.

Click on .Mac.---> trial membership ,.. then give your (dud) info---> then click on Ok ---> iDisk--->

You can also read the iDisk faq but you don't need to.

That's it you are done.

Goto Windows XP "network connections" ---> add network place

\\idisk.mac.com\username

Have tried the "Homepage" section in .mac? You can move your pics around in the page even better than you can do in Windows Explorer. Cool!
