Why Are 059 Phoenixsafari Scrollbars Still Square?

Done everything to safarify phoenix, even apple thinks it's Safari.

Using Lynchknot 059 skinned theme.

Only problem is scrollbars are still square...

Am not using windowblinds, just Iceman jaguar 2.01.

Ps:// If I use phoenix classic skin, the scrollbars are normal (i.e. proper iceman aqua, rounded and thin)

How to I enable rounded scrollbars?
